my laptop back.  I haven’t had it in almost three weeks now.  I called the repair center yesterday to find out what the hell is going on, and they told me that the motherboard is bad.  Did it really take over a week to figure that out?  I was supposed to have it back in 7-10 business days from the time that I dropped it off.  Liars.  So now they have to order the part, which could take EONS...
