I can’t sit here and honestly tell you that it was a great day, but I didn’t feel like crying every five seconds. It just didn’t suck as hard as yesterday. I had a few moments where things were rough, but I was able to get through them and not let them destroy my day. I still am feeling crappy, but I think I’m just really tired still and need to get some solid sleep tonight...
I must have looked a hot mess today for my work and learn supervisor to let me leave a full hour early and still get credit for being there the whole day. I did my best to stick it out and be brave, but my face obviously read a completely different story if my supervisor let me leave early. The holidays are really rough this year, because I have to spend most of them in Missouri, 500 miles away...
