Tuesday night a friend of mine that works at a web design company told me of an opening that came up at the place that he works.  They were looking for a part-time person to take care of website maintenance.  It would be 20 hours a week, $10 an hour.  Naturally, I decided to inquire about the position.  Which also created the perfect time for me to finally quit my job (I can’t really say the name specifically on here).  So I quit my current job Wednesday, my last day is today.  I didn’t have the new job yet, but I was going to quit that job either way.  The hours weren’t enough for me to even pay for the gas to get there.  That sad part about that is that this job is at a mall that is 10 minutes from my current location.  

So I had the interview today at the potential new job.  It literally lasted 10 minutes.  At the time I didn’t know if this was a good thing or not.  But then my friend who works there texted me and said that the owner really liked me.  About two hours after that I got an e-mail saying that he would see me Monday morning.

So when I walked into my work in learn in the multimedia lab at school, there was a girl there.  She had jammed my printer somehow.  So I pulled her stuff out of the printer, opened up the printer and found nothing.  When I checked to see what she was printing, it was something that was not for any of the classes that were offered this summer.  So I asked her “What are you printing?”  She replied, “A sponsorship packet.”  Inside my head I was fuming, but I told her she couldn’t print that here.  This printer is paid for by lab fees.  She tried the whole “Well I took a class last semester.  Doesn’t that count?”  And I told her, that we ended up with not enough lab fees to cover the printing costs as it is.  So she left, probably to tell someone how much of a bitch I am or something.

The whole point is that I didn’t pay $150 this summer in lab fees so that she could print her damn packets.  She might have destroyed yet another imaging unit on the printer, but I can’t tell yet, so I’m freaking out.  It’s really annoying that when people find out that there is a color printer in Spellmann that they think they can just come and print here when they please.  This one doesn’t work that way.  It isn’t for the whole school, it was bought solely for the purpose of giving people in my major someplace to do test prints on their stuff.  An imaging unit should last a whole school year if people only use it for test prints.  But since people come up here and use this lab as their very own Kinkos this could be the THIRD one.

Me. I have a chip out of the side of one of my teeth.  Kinda freaked out about it.  I really hate seeing the dentist.  He usually tells me that I’m not doing something right.

It just hit me like a ton of bricks.  I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle.  She’s going to look beautiful.

That was some scary ass shit!! We were at B-Dubs and the managers decided that we didn’t need to take cover even with a funnel cloud visible from the windows.

Needless to say I was pretty upset.  The sky was pea green.  I went into the bathroom with Sarah and her aunt for awhile.
